You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation supplied.

Certain items cannot be returned:
- Products on sale or promotion (except in case of defect).
- Customized or made-to-measure products.
3. Return process

4. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. It is recommended that you use a trackable delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost on return.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to inform you whether or not your refund has been approved.
- If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged product, please contact us at zealuxservice@gmail.com. We will arrange a prompt exchange at no extra charge.
7. Delay or No Refund
If you have not received your refund after the specified time:
- First check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
