1. Order Processing
At Zealux™, we pride ourselves on preparing your orders quickly while ensuring strict quality control. Once your order has been confirmed, our team is committed to processing it within 1 to 3 working days. This includes product verification, secure packaging and preparation for dispatch.
During periods of high demand (such as holidays or promotions), processing may take slightly longer, but we do our best to meet our commitments. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, with all the information you need to track your parcel.
2. Delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time will vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Here are the standard delivery times for most destinations:
- Main regions : Delivery within 5 to 8 working days
- Remote regions : Additional time may apply, with delivery within 8 to 15 working days.
These times are given as an indication only and may vary according to external factors such as weather conditions, busy periods or unforeseen circumstances linked to carriers. We advise you to regularly check the status of your delivery using the tracking number provided at the time of dispatch.

We currently deliver to most international countries, including the UK, Europe and other selected regions. If your country is not available at the time of ordering, please contact us directly to explore your options.
4. Delivery Charges
At Zealux™, we offer free delivery on all orders, regardless of destination. No surprises at checkout - you get transparent pricing with no hidden additional charges.
5. Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking number so you can follow the progress of your parcel. You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier's website indicated in the dispatch confirmation e-mail.
6. Delivery Delays or Problems
If, for any reason, your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at zealuxservice@gmail.com. We undertake to investigate the situation and provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please be aware that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays, transport strikes or peak full stops.
7. Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel your order, which may already be in the process of being processed.
8. Non-receipt and Lost Parcel
If you do not receive your parcel within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your order. If the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will either reship it or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
